The Kings Palace apartment block is very quiet in a beautiful area just north of Paphos. I have a one bedroom, penthouse apartment for rent in the complex that is privately owned by myself, Tim Costello. It sleeps 4 and is available for rent throughout the year.
I offer very competitive long term rentals over the winter months so please ask for details (November to March). I have a property management company managing the apartment and it is very secure with a voice entry security system and security barriers for vehicles. The apartment is fully cleaned and the linen washed after every guest.
The panoramic sea views from the balcony are stunning and the majestic, colourful sunsets provide a great end to the day with a cool, long drink.

The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, very large fixed wardrobes, a dressing table with mirror and two bed side tables. The bedroom also has a computer with broadband internet access, a ceiling fan, dressing table and a digital Safe. There is also a Hauck Travel Cot in the wardrobe available for use.
The living room has a single sofa bed and a double sofa bed. It sleeps 2 single people on two beds or a couple and a single person on two beds. It also has air conditioning, SKY Free View box, television, a DVD player (with 28 DVDs to watch), CD Player (with 6 CDs), a dinning table and an arm chair. It also has two ceiling fans, a selection of books including many guide books/maps and some games for entertainment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker and hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, cappuccino machine, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery and crockery needed. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available for use by guests free of charge.
The bathroom has a large bath and shower, wash basin and a toilet that connected to the mains sewage (unlike some apartment in Paphos.
The large balcony is the best part of the apartment with stunning sea view (100 yards from the sea), and a 180° panoramic sea view to the west so you can experience Cyprus' beautiful and colourful sunsets. The balcony has a patio table, 4 chairs and two sun loungers with cushions.
All the floors are marble and the furniture is of the highest quality.
There is are two communal Swimming Pools that are rarely busy and they have many free loungers for communal use. There are two extra loungers in the apartment for your use.
The apartment was built in 2004 and as such is in very good, clean condition. It was fully re-decorated in August 2010.
Paphos town centre or harbour is a 5 minutes drive or 15 minute walk. There is also a local bus service to Paphos (7 mins) or Coral Bay (15 mins). Paphos international airport is a 15 minutes drive away and taxi's cost around €25 (Euros) and there is now a cheap new bus service to the apartment.
